Her two daughters Kitty and Scarlett were instrumental as well as they went to ride Frankie for us when we weren’t able to get up to Yorkshire in time. I am truly impressed by the exceptional service I received, which I would rate as a five-star experience. My daughters, aged 8 and 9, have long been eager to have a pony. While they have been riding for a few years, my own background in the equestrian world is minimal. I have endeavored to learn alongside them, but the prospect of purchasing a pony was overwhelming. Fortunately, I discovered Fiona, who was consistently available to address my questions, no matter how basic they may have seemed. She requested videos of my daughters riding to better understand the type of pony that would be suitable for them. Fiona introduced us to the most beautiful pony, George. She accompanied us to view him, and at that moment, I felt uncertain about what to look for in a pony. Fiona conducted a short lesson with the girls to assess their compatibility with George, confidently asserting that he would be an excellent match for their skill levels. From that point forward, the entire process proceeded seamlessly. Fiona managed all aspects, including transportation and negotiations with the previous owners.

Fiona was so helpful in helping me buy a horse for my 12 year old daughter. We exchanged photos and details of horses we spotted and discussed whether they were suitable or not. It was fun - like going shopping with a friend! Fiona rang the seller and asked questions that I wouldn’t have even known to ask! She also advised on price - whether it was fair or overpriced. We visited Princess together in Newark. Fiona physically examined her from head to toe even her tongue, gums and teeth were checked! She then watched Princess being ridden, rode her herself and did a mini lesson with my 12 year old. She asked a ton of important questions and then advised me how to proceed with the sale. After agreeing the sale there is a whole host of things to do - purchase equipment, arrange stage 5 vets check, transport etc and Fiona was happy to help. I can’t recommend Fiona enough we could have made so many wrong decisions without her. Thank you

Fiona is brilliant 🤩! In a world where every single advert seems to say the same thing and every pony advertised is a 'mother's dream', I found finding a first ridden so daunting and stressful until I found Fiona. She gave me so much confidence and, through assessing my daughters riding ability, she helped me to understand the ideal pony to look for and, more importantly, the ones to avoid.
She is knowledgeable, calm professional and downright fantastic! She is also very well connected and can find gorgeous ponies that are perfect for their little rider. I can't thank her enough for finding Pip and I have no hesitation in recommending her. When the time comes for a second pony I won't mess about trying to find one alone - I will be straight on the phone to Fiona for our next adventure to begin!
